Assistant Property Manager - Property Management This role is a pivotal position. The main focus is the issues surrounding property maintenance, property management and deposit resolution at the end of the tenancy. It requires a special talent to keep both the landlord and tenant ‘on side’. For example, sometimes a tenant can get quite stressed when there is a relatively minor delay on the repair of a washing machine etc. At the same time, there is the occasional landlord who may need to be pushed to spend money on his property.
