Do you have 5 years plus experience in the Estate Agency industry?
Are you an Estate Agent with at least 2 years experience in the valuation and listing of residential property? 
An established and forward thinking independent Estate Agents, are now searching for an Estate Agent Senior Valuer / Lister.

As an Estate Agent Senior Valuer / Lister you will provide clients and customers with a professional Estate Agency service, maximising business from opportunities created. 


Estate Agent Senior Valuer / Estate Agency Senior Lister 
Key responsibilities: 

- To achieve valuation / listing targets as agreed with your Branch Manager 

- Valuing property in the region of £500,000 to £2,000,000 within villages and hamlets

- Business generation, prospecting and sourcing new clients as well as working with past clients

- Following through the marketing phase until post-sale agreed

- To be familiar with all systems, procedures and legislation. 

- To project a professional image to the public and work colleagues. 

Estate Agent Senior Valuer / Estate Agency Senior Lister

The successful candidate will be offered an excellent basic salary of £20,000, with a superb commission structure leading to On Target Earnings of £40,000 plus car allowance or company car and additional benefits to include an initial 3 month guarantee in the region of £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.

- 5 years plus experience in the Estate Agency industry and at least 2 years valuation experience
