Our client is searching for an ambitious, strong performing Branch Manager

Estate Agent Floating Branch Manager 

Are you a HIGH PERFORMING ASSISTANT MANAGER or STRONG LISTER wanting to progress?
Are you a DYNAMIC and INSPIRATIONAL leader of people?

On target earnings on offer to £50,000 
Also being offered is an impressive £28,000 to £30,000 basic salary + an initial 3 to 4 month guarantee with uncapped commission.
In addition you will have the option of a company car or car allowance.

Estate Agent Floating Branch Manager 

From winning new business to motivating and getting the best out of your team, you will be expected to lead by example and must be professional in your approach to every aspect of the process of selling homes.

Estate Agent Floating Branch Manager 

You will be working with a number of excellent offices and teams, covering Branch Managers’ in their absence. You will assume full responsibility for motivating the offices and providing the teams with direction and inspiration, as together you ensure company goals and targets are met.

Estate Agent Floating Branch Manager 

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Estate Agency industry is required and must include practical experience in valuations and instruction gaining. This is a great role to develop your management skills and help you move upwards on the career ladder.

Remuneration:
Basic salary £28,000 to £30,000 with on target earnings to £50,000 plus company car or car allowance + private medical cover.
