Salary: £2,000 per month (£24,000 per year) on a permanent basis as your retainer. On target earnings between £60,000 and £70,000.

UNLIKE ANY OTHER SELF-EMPLOYED ESTATE AGENCY POSITIONS YOU WILL RECEIVE £2,000 PER MONTH (£24,000 PER YEAR) ON A PERMANENT BASIS AS YOUR RETAINER.

We are looking for experienced Estate Agents across the whole of the Essex region where you will be self-employed and work from home.

The commission structure is truly outstanding with 30% commission paid on completion and once you have banked £100,000 your commission then rises to 40% (resets to 30% on each anniversary) with realistic on target earnings in year 1 of between £60,000 and £70,000 with long term unlimited earning potential.

Who are we looking for:

Current / previous Estate Agency experience will only be considered and we are now looking for Estate Agents across the Essex region who have worked in Estate Agency at Senior Valuer / Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager, Valuations Manager or Branch Manager level.

You will be responsible for valuations, listings and viewings and will have full access to everything required that an Estate Agent needs to do their job.

You will be required to have your own car and mobile telephone and there is no car allowance or business mileage allowance.

This position is only for Agents who want to run their own business who are confident in their own abilities and want to earn on the back of their own success with an outstanding commission structure on offer.
